Shipping Policy


Processing Times


All orders are handmade and carefully prepared. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing takes place Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.


Nailchemy Custom Orders: Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after all required sizing information and custom design details have been received and confirmed. More intricate designs may require additional time.


Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping


We currently offer free shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $50 or more. Orders below $50 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on the available shipping options.


Nailchemy Sizing Kits include free shipping and are not subject to the $50 minimum.


U.S. Shipping


We currently ship within the United States only.


Estimated delivery times after processing:


Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days, if available at checkout


Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.


Tracking Your Order


Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use the tracking information to monitor your delivery directly through the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses


Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.


WickNCrystal is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at mailto:wickncrystal@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist if your order has not yet shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
