PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE shipping is available on qualifying orders of $75 or more within the United States. Orders below this amount will have shipping calculated at checkout.

For all other orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S. ONLY)

We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. WickNCrystal is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@wickncrystal.com — we'll do our best to help if the order hasn't shipped yet.
