At WickNCrystal, we want you to love every purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

CANDLES & SELF-CARE PRODUCTS

Because our candles and self-care products are consumable items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for health and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@wickncrystal.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to offer a replacement or store credit.

We do not offer refunds for:
- Opened or used candles or self-care products
- Items damaged due to improper use or storage
- Change of mind purchases

LIVE READINGS

All live reading services are non-refundable once the session has been completed. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. No-shows are non-refundable.

UNOPENED ITEMS

Unopened, unused, and resalable items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending any item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

WickNCrystal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local post office or carrier to file a claim.
